Kirkstall Crusaders FC are proud to confirm that we have been awarded 2 star accreditation by the FA. This achievement is testement to the hard work of our club officials, In particular our Chairman, Phil Pogson and our Club Secretary, Maire Pogson. Kirkstall Crusaders FC are very much a community club and we have players from all kinds of backgrounds, cultures, genders, identities and walks of life in general, making us really proud to be such a diverse club. We are already looking ahead and striving to achieve the prestigious 3 star accreditation by reaching out to local disability sports teams to try and incorporate a partnership that will help both, us achieve the 3 star accreditation and also benefit another team by helping to raise some awareness of the advantages of disability sport, show our support for disability sport to grow, and understand and appreciate the similarities and indeed differences between the game we play and disability games. in addition, we have been granted some funding from the football foundation for some equipment and resources to grow women's football at Kirkstall with our very successful U16 and Women's open age teams leading the way for younger girls to be inspired to play for Kirkstall Crusaders FC. Our aim is to keep growing and growing, and to provide as many opportunities through football for our community as we possibly can. As a result of all our efforts, we hope to establish some really key community links.
Keep an eye on updates as this progresses.
